CONNECT method proxies check


This utility performs a test to determine open proxy allows CONNECT method with SMTP port. Proxy method name CONNECT was implemented for use with a proxy that can dynamically switch to being a tunnel (e.g. SSL tunneling). Details and specifications are here: rfc2817.txt, web-proxy-tunneling-01.txt
