This utility performs public Whois database request for IP address/network, Autonomous System number, Domain name, Whois object handle, etc. you have typed in the input field. The utility tries to automatically select appropriate Whois database server accordingly your request, but, if this selection fail, it exists possibility to directly select Whois database server by typing your request in the for with '@' sign, for example: 192.168.1.0@whois.arin.net. For request with IP address this utility tries to perform GeoIP lookup and generates link to Google Map points to this IP geographical location.
